Onmelius LLC
Terms of Use
Effective August 14, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of onmelius.com, operated by Onmelius LLC. Onmelius Studio is a brand of Onmelius LLC. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website presents Onmelius products, collections, educational information, and links to third-party marketplaces and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website does not itself process product payments or deliver marketplace orders. Purchases completed through Etsy or another platform are also governed by that platform’s terms, the applicable listing, and any product-specific license or instructions.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its original content—including text, graphics, artwork, photographs, product designs, layouts, branding, logos, downloadable previews, and software—are owned by or licensed to Onmelius LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Onmelius grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the website for lawful personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable product license. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, harvest contact information, impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the website for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
5. Care-resource disclaimer
Care and organization materials are provided for general organizational and informational purposes. They are not medical, nursing, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice; they do not create a professional relationship; and they do not replace current care plans, clinician instructions, employer or agency documentation, official records, or emergency services. Users remain responsible for deciding what information is accurate, current, appropriate to record, and authorized to share.
Call appropriate emergency services for urgent or emergency situations. Consult qualified professionals for advice concerning health, safety, law, finances, or regulated care responsibilities.
6. Digital products and licenses
Digital files are licensed, not sold. Use of a digital product is governed by the applicable listing and the Digital Product License. If product-specific terms conflict with the general license, the product-specific terms control for that product. You are responsible for confirming that your software, equipment, production method, and intended use are compatible with the purchased files.
7. Third-party services
The website may link to Etsy, Instagram, Printify, payment services, production partners, or other independent third parties. Onmelius does not control their websites, availability, data practices, policies, content, fulfillment, or services. A link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every third-party statement or offering. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to present accurate, current information, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Product appearance may vary by device, monitor, material, printer, production process, and fulfillment provider. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or features without notice.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onmelius LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on website content, use of third-party services, or inability to access the website. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law applicable to Onmelius LLC, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact contact@onmelius.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Any jurisdiction-specific governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution provision should be read together with rights that apply in your location.
12. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@onmelius.com.
