This Privacy Policy explains how Onmelius LLC ("Onmelius," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information through onmelius.com and related email communications. Onmelius Studio is a brand of Onmelius LLC.

This policy does not govern Etsy, Instagram, Printify, or another third-party website or service. Their privacy policies apply when you use their services.

2. Information we collect

When you request product updates, we collect your email address, selected product interest, consent choice, confirmation status, subscription status, and associated dates needed to administer the subscription. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We also maintain first-party aggregate website analytics that record page views, Etsy outbound-click destinations, referrer origin when supplied by the browser, and timestamps. Those analytics do not intentionally store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies, or advertising identifiers. We do not ask visitors to submit medical records, care-recipient information, passwords, government identifiers, or payment-card information through this website.

We use service providers to operate the website and email system, including OpenAI Sites and associated Cloudflare hosting/database infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph for business email delivery. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, protect rights or safety, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

At the effective date of this policy, we do not intentionally use third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies on this website. Our first-party aggregate analytics do not set cookies.
