Onmelius Studio
Digital Product License
Effective August 14, 2026
1. How this license works
This Digital Product License applies to digital products owned by Onmelius LLC and sold under the Onmelius Studio brand, including graphics, SVG files, vectors, transparent PNG files, templates, documents, and design bundles. Digital products are licensed, not sold. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with Onmelius LLC.
The individual product listing identifies the license tier, permitted uses, production limits, and included file formats. If a product-specific listing or written license conflicts with this general license, the product-specific terms control for that product.
2. Personal use
Unless a listing states otherwise, a purchaser may use the digital product for personal, noncommercial projects and may create finished physical items for the purchaser’s own use or as personal gifts. Personal use does not include selling, licensing, distributing, or monetizing the digital product or a finished item made from it.
3. Commercial use
Commercial use is allowed only when the listing expressly includes a commercial license. When included, the purchaser may use the design to create and sell finished physical end products within any quantity or business-size limit stated in the listing. The design must be incorporated into a finished product and may not be sold as a standalone digital asset, editable template, transfer, decal file, or resource that substitutes for the original download.
A commercial license does not transfer copyright, grant exclusivity, or permit sublicensing. Employees and contractors may access files only as reasonably necessary to produce authorized end products for the licensed purchaser and must not retain or reuse them independently.
4. Print-on-demand use
Print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment use is permitted only when the product listing expressly says that POD use is included. When permitted, the purchaser may upload the design to a production provider solely to manufacture authorized finished products for the purchaser’s own storefront or customers.
The purchaser may not upload the design to a public design library, marketplace, customization tool, or platform where other users can access, extract, customize, purchase, or reuse the original design independently. The purchaser is responsible for the production provider’s security, quality, policies, and use of uploaded files.
5. Prohibited uses
Unless Onmelius LLC gives specific written permission, you may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, gift, sublicense, or upload the original files or substantially equivalent files.
- Include the files in another digital bundle, template, library, course, membership, software product, or downloadable resource.
- Convert the files to another format for redistribution or sale.
- Make minor changes and claim the underlying artwork as your own.
- Use previews, mockups, or listing images as downloadable product files.
- Register or attempt to register the design, any confusingly similar design, or Onmelius branding as a trademark, copyright, or other exclusive right.
- Use the files unlawfully, deceptively, in a defamatory manner, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
- Use the files to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or dataset.
6. Modifications
You may make ordinary adjustments needed for an authorized project, such as resizing, recoloring, arranging, or adding your own text, when the listing permits it. Modifying a design does not transfer ownership of the original design and does not remove the restrictions in this license.
7. Accounts, organizations, and transfers
A license belongs to the purchaser identified in the transaction and is nontransferable. Unless a listing expressly provides a team or organization license, one purchase does not authorize unrelated businesses, clients, members, students, customers, or other users to possess or reuse the source files. A client who needs independent access must purchase an appropriate license.
8. Compatibility, downloads, and refunds
File types and intended software are identified in each listing. The purchaser is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase and for maintaining backup copies after download. Colors and output may vary by screen, printer, material, software, cutting machine, and production provider.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the applicable marketplace listing, platform rules, and nonwaivable consumer law. Contact us if files are defective, incomplete, or materially different from the listing.
9. Termination and enforcement
This license terminates automatically if the purchaser materially violates its terms. Upon termination, the purchaser must stop using the digital product, remove it from production providers and sales channels, and delete distributed working copies, except records required by law. Termination does not prevent Onmelius LLC from pursuing available remedies for infringement or misuse.
10. Questions and expanded rights
For a use not clearly permitted—including manufacturing beyond a listing limit, broad corporate use, sublicensing, resale rights, or exclusive rights—request written permission before using the files. Contact contact@onmelius.com and identify the product, intended use, expected production volume, and sales channels.
